Install EverQuest Legends on Linux.
Run this on the machine where you will play. The helper finds a local EverQuest Legends client, prepares a GE-Proton prefix, and installs the launcher.

What changes locally
Keep the boundary clear.
- Uses your supplied EverQuest Legends client; the game files are not hosted here.
- Creates an isolated GE-Proton prefix under
~/Games/everquest-legends-proton. - Writes the private login endpoint and installs
~/.local/bin/eqlegends.
If auto-detection cannot find your client, set EQ_CLIENT_SOURCE to its folder and run the same one-line command again. The server address only works from the Polyhydra network.
